Citing Plato and Wonder Woman as her motivators, Kaska believes in using exercise and training to achieve a balanced mind, balanced body, balanced spirit and balanced creative…”fitness leads to a balanced body and that is a key ingredient to becoming a happier person,” notes Kaska. “I know Plato is a bit of an odd reference for fitness, but it makes so much sense to take a philosophical as well as physical approach to training.” As for the Wonder Woman reference, “She’s always been my idol. She portrays strength, charisma and invincibility—it doesn’t get better than that.”
