Dijon- Balsamic chicken

12 ounces organic free range chicken breast tenders
12 ounces of snap peas
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 large onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash salt

1. Stir vinegar, Dijon, honey, red pepper, black pepper and salt together in bowl.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet, on medium heat cook chicken, till no longer pink
3. Add vegetables in skillet cook 3 minutes. Remove chicken & vegetables from skillet, place in serving dish.
4. Pour vinegar mixture in skillet, cook for 1 minute.
5. Toss mixture over vegetables and chicken. Serve.
