Hybrid Fitness is EHF owner Juliet Kaska’s very own creation. The Hybrid Fitness program combines an array of fitness methodologies to create a full fitness program that is interesting and unique to the individual. Each session is a unique blend of personal training with the flavor of a boot camp workout, in a small, intimate class-like setting. Each class, whether it is the Nooner or Circuit Boxing, includes the 5 Key Elements of a complete fitness program: Strength Training, Endurance Training, Flexibility, Balance Work & Core Work. These workouts are a heart pumping, high intensity experience for those looking to blast through their fitness plateaus or drop that nagging excess body fat
Each participant chooses how many days a week they want to workout (3-4 is recommended), then they chose what type of workout they want to do. They can mix it up from week to week and day by day, to keep their workout fresh and interesting.
Class Styles
Circuit training: Rize-N-Shine, The Nooner, and The Happy Ending…
These classes are a full body, high intensity circuit workout every time, and no workout is ever the same! Blast off of stubborn plateaus and incinerate those last few pounds of body fat with these intense boot-camp style classes.
Parent & Child: Weights, Rattle & Roll…
In this kid-friendly class, moms and dads work out alongside their children (ages 3 months - 36 months) in an engaging strength training circuit. This workout will tone your body and boost your energy so you can keep up with your little ones.
Pilates: Reformer Burn…
Taught on the original Pilates Reformer bed, this class uses traditional Pilates moves to give you a burn from head to toe - especially in the midsection! Classes are limited to 4 people. This is a reservation-only class. All class participants must pre-register.
Boxing: Boxing Circuit…
This dynamite workout teaches traditional boxing moves, agility drills and speed work in a fat-burning format. Relieve stress, learn self-defense and lean out, all in one class!
