Longevity

Philosophy
Fitness is the key to a happy-balanced life.
It doesn’t matter if you prefer Yoga or power lifting, running
or ballroom dancing; to work your body is to know your body. In general, we
don’t know our bodies. We know our minds to be our self. We walk through
life as cerebral beings, mentally relating to the world and our environment,
treating our body as a mere vehicle.
However, the body like the mind is capable of infinite possibilities. Physical activity is the access to getting in touch with who we are and what we are capable of. When we know our bodies we truly know ourselves.
In Zen practice, it is
believed that you are always a student; you will always learn, and thus you
will always expand your potential. When we utilize this philosophy with our
fitness practice, we suddenly join the mind and the body; we have health,
we have balance, and we have created infinite possibility for ourselves.
Methodology
Training
Juliet Kaska’s Zen Fitness Training allows for multiple disciplines
to work together under the same roof providing the client with better results.
In most physical fitness disciplines there is a competition a belief that
mine is better, stronger, tougher, harder, and faster than yours. You have
your Yoga centers, Pilates studios, weight gyms, functional/core training
rooms, boxing clubs and your martial arts schools and more. Zen Fitness Training
is a healthy and fun blend of all physical disciplines.
Team Training Method (TTM)
Juliet Kaska’s Team Training Method focuses on all trainers
working together in harmony. Juliet pairs a couple or a small group up with
one client, this team then assists the client to get the results they want.
Juliet’s Trainers' share their experience and knowledge through Teachers
Teaching Teachers program. This philosophy creates a pool of trainers with
a broad knowledge base designed to serve all of the clients’ needs.
Environment
Juliet Kaska has created a Zen fitness model that recognizes the
importance of a serene space that calms the mind while stimulating the body.
Practice
Zen Fitness philosophy is a way of life, highlighting that not only
should fitness be fun, it should be incorporated as an essential daily routine—Juliet’s
routine reminds her clients that ‘good habits are hard to break.’
Stay fit, stay healthy everyday!
